Machines

We assist in buying machines, machine parts, components used in plastic processing and others. We travel to China regularly, about 3-5 times a year to ensure the proper realization of projects.
If there is a need of finding products not connected with plastic industry please do not hesitate to contact us, we have got a very good network of co-operators in China and it is highly possible that we find an appropriate product for you.
We specialize in plastics but we learn very fast! We work in a very organized way: after we recognise customers’ needs, our Shanghai based co-workers search for producers which meet quality and price requirements of the Customer. After preliminary analysis we present several competitive offers. The next step is usually a business trip to China to meet potential suppliers – we always try to present the same or similar machines during their normal work.
We negotiate the price in China and then the client has the time to choose the suitable supplier.
After decision we help in negotiating for the customer as favourable provisions in the contract as possible. We also prepare and translate documents. There is always a stage of technical arrangements in which we also help. After signing the contract and advance payment we control the production process. If the machine is ready, we help in organising transport for testing and its reception.
Afterwards we offer help in organising transport, preparing documents to the customs office, and later on we help in installation and start-up of machinery in a factory.

We issue a commission invoice for the above services (of course the price is previously established)

Our role is not coming to an end here because, as we know from the practice, there is very often the need for spare parts, machinery components to extend the machine etc. Therefore we assist our clients all the time.
